Introduction
This Terms and Agreement outlines the responsibilities, ethical obligations, and operational guidelines for moderators of FrameTheDream, a business listing and streaming platform. By accepting this role, you agree to uphold the values and policies set forth in this document to ensure a secure, respectful, and efficient platform for all users.

1. Non-Duplication of Resources

Moderators are prohibited from duplicating, replicating, or sharing any proprietary resources, data, or content from the FrameTheDream platform without prior authorization. All materials and information provided during your moderation duties are exclusive to FrameTheDream and must remain confidential.

2. Non-Disclosure of Users’ Personal Information

Moderators are entrusted with maintaining the privacy and confidentiality of users' personal information. Under no circumstances should users’ personal data, including names, contact information, payment details, or other sensitive information, be disclosed to third parties without explicit consent or legal obligation. Any breach of this policy will result in immediate termination and possible legal action.

3. Authorized Changes to Sensitive Areas

Only authorized personnel may make changes to sensitive areas of the dashboard, including but not limited to user profiles, platform settings, and content management tools. Moderators must seek approval from designated administrators before initiating any significant modifications. Unauthorized changes will be considered a violation of this agreement.

4. Ethical Conduct and Morals

Moderators are expected to uphold the highest standards of ethical behavior. This includes:
Treating all users and fellow moderators with respect and fairness.
Avoiding any form of discrimination, harassment, or abusive behavior.
Ensuring that decisions and actions align with FrameTheDream’s mission to promote a moral and inclusive platform.

5. Reporting and Accountability

Moderators must report any suspicious activities, security breaches, or unethical behavior observed on the platform to the administration team promptly. Failing to report such incidents may result in disciplinary action.

6. Compliance with Platform Policies

Moderators must adhere to all FrameTheDream policies, including community guidelines, content standards, and operational protocols. Regular training and updates will be provided to ensure compliance with evolving platform needs.

7. Termination of Role

FrameTheDream reserves the right to revoke a moderator’s access and responsibilities at any time for violations of this agreement or actions deemed detrimental to the platform’s mission and integrity.
