SmallAfrica allows registered users to submit advertisements on our platform. These advertisements may include banner ads. popups. subsribtion forms and other types of ads (including AdSense) that contain links to external websites.

Introduction: :Advertising must be inclusive and respectful, ensuring that it does not portray individuals or groups in a manner that discriminates or vilifies them based on characteristics such as race, ethnicity, nationality, gender, age, sexual orientation, religion, disability, mental illness, or political belief.

We are committed to protecting consumer privacy in all advertising practices. Ads must adhere to strict privacy regulations and not collect or share personal data without explicit consent from users. We have strict limitations to ads such as pop ups with input forms such as subscribe or filling forms that collect data from users Such Advertisers are required to disclose how any collected data will be used, ensuring users’ privacy and security are respected in all advertising efforts. This must be on the advertiser's website as thier own Data protection policies in the jusrisdiction they operate.

7. Exploitative or Aggressive Tactics

We do not allow advertisements that use manipulative or overly aggressive tactics to pressure consumers into making purchases or decisions. Advertisements should not exploit emotional vulnerabilities, create unnecessary urgency, or use fear-based strategies to drive consumer action. Ads should empower consumers with clear, actionable, and respectful messaging that prioritizes their well-being.

8. Responsibility for External Links

While SmallAfrica provides a space for advertisements, we are not responsible for the content, functionality, or any consequences resulting from external links placed within these ads. All advertisers are solely responsible for ensuring that their ads comply with relevant laws and regulations.

9. Compliance with Australian Laws

SmallAfrica is committed to maintaining a safe and lawful environment for its users. We strictly prohibit advertisements that direct users to harmful or illegal content, as defined by Australian law. If an ad is found to contain harmful content or links that violate these laws, we reserve the right to remove the ad from our platform immediately. In extreme cases, this may result in the suspension or termination of the advertiser’s account.

10. Inappropriate Advertising Content

We retain the right to evaluate and remove any advertisement that violates our Terms and Conditions or that we deem inappropriate. If your ad is found to be inappropriate or harmful, it will be removed, and your account may be suspended or terminated. Ads that are misleading, false representation or making unsubstantiated claims are prohibited.For example, making unsubstantiated environmental or medical claims could be deemed misleading and not tolerated.

  1. Deceptive advertising and outright scams,  are prohibited .
  2. Misleading Price Information; prices on ads and services should be explained and not misleading.

11. Refund Policy

Please note that in the event of the removal of an advertisement due to a violation of these Terms, or for any other reason deemed appropriate by SmallAfrica, no refunds will be issued for any advertising fees already paid.

13. Limitation of Liability

SmallAfrica is not responsible for any damages, losses, or costs arising from the use of advertisements placed on our website or the external links within them.
